Brewery Dupont – Saison Dupont
Belgium farmhouse ale with a hazy, straw color. Fruity, with light herbal. flavors. Goes great with most meals.

Brewery Koningshoven – Tilburg’s Dutch Brown Ale
Dark amber color. Malty breadiness, with flavors of toffee and cocoa. Will stand up to any heavy foods.

Dechutes Brewing – Obsidian Stout
A dark, robust stout that’s not over the top. Nice balance of hops and malt, mixed with coffee and a light. sweetness.

Boulder Brewing – Mojo India Pale Ale
Medium Golden color with a light haze. Heavy aromatic, citrus hops. A nice big I.P.A. That will cut through many spicy dishes.

Brau Brother’s Moo Joos
Brewed in tiny Lucan, MN, this chocolate oatmeal stout is smooth as silk. Love this local brew!

Kona Big Wave Golden Ale
Beers that are low on alcohol but high on flavor are becoming more and more common. Although it only clocks in at 4.4% ABV, this beer maintains the flavor profile of a lighter pale ale. Very “session able”, meaning you can finish a six pack without feeling full or becoming too drunk.

Two Brothers Cane and Ebel
I love beers that are brewed with the rye grain. Full flavored and well balanced, this hoppy red rye ale is everything it claims to be and more.

Bell’s Two Hearted Ale
Its hard to beat this American IPA in my book. Whether you have it on tap or in the bottle, the taste stays the same throughout. I always have a sixer on hand at my house.
